目的:评价儿童肺炎病证结合疗效评价量表的信度效度。方法:选取2015年5月—2015年12月在首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院、广州市妇女儿童医疗中心及天津中医药大学附属医院住院的儿童社区获得性肺炎患者共300例为试验组,同时选取在辽宁中医药大学附属医院参加伏九贴敷的301例健康儿童作为对照组。运用“儿童肺炎病证结合疗效评价量表”的临床调查表进行信息采集,通过重测信度、分半信度、内部一致性信度、内容效度、结构效度和反应度等统计方法对其进行考评。结果:共纳入试验组有效病例280例;对照组有效人数301例,量表各领域的重测信度为0.780~0.886,分半信度为0.727~0.912,克朗巴赫系数为0.609~0.899,因子分析结果表所包含的条目存在试验前所预想的逻辑关系。本量表能够区别健康儿童和肺炎患儿,且能反应肺炎患儿经治疗后的证候积分变化。结论:儿童肺炎病证结合疗效评价量表具有较好的信度、效度及反应度,可尝试用于儿童社区获得性肺炎患者临床疗效的评价。
Objective: To evaluate the validity and reliability of children’s pneumonia syndrome combined with efficacy evaluation scale. Methods: From May 2015 to December 2015, 300 children with community-acquired pneumonia who were hospitalized in Beijing Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University, Guangzhou Women and Children Medical Center and the Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the experimental group, meanwhile A total of 301 healthy children participated in the Fujiacun application in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as the control group. Information collection was carried out by using the clinical questionnaire of Childhood Pneumonia Syndrome Combining Efficacy Evaluation Scale. Through the test-retest reliability, sub-half reliability, internal consistency reliability, content validity, structural validity and responsiveness Statistical methods to evaluate them. Results: A total of 280 effective cases were enrolled in the experimental group. The effective number of the control group was 301 cases. The test-retest reliability was 0.780-0.886 in all the fields, the semi-reliability was 0.727-0.912 and the Cronbach’s coefficient was 0.609-0.899. The items included in the analysis results table have the logic that was expected before the test. The scale can distinguish between healthy children and children with pneumonia, and can respond to pneumonia in children after treatment syndrome score changes. Conclusion: The Children’s Pneumonia Syndrome Combining Efficacy Evaluation Scale has good reliability, validity and responsiveness, and may be used for evaluation of clinical efficacy in children with community-acquired pneumonia.
