针对农村饮水水源出现微污染的现状,采用多腔压力式一体化净水器进行了连续流微污染水净化试验.该净水器净化工艺采用投加混凝剂后经纤维球助凝+中石英砂+细石英砂2级过滤方式,水处理规模为10m3/h,选择聚合氯化铝作为混凝剂.试验结果证明,采用此工艺,净水器对微污染水中的浊度及CODMn具有较好的去除效果,出水浊度及CODMn达到国家农村饮水安全的要求.净水器的连续运行时间与常规自来水厂相似,可以达到18h左右.净水器经过反冲洗后,其截留过滤能力恢复较好.净水器出水在使用次氯酸钠消毒后,出水细菌总数也可达到国家农村饮水安全的要求.
