研究了业务流程重构 BPR的哲理、方法和技术在医院急症病人医疗流程重构中的应用 .用“ITHINK”软件作工具 ,在诊断出目前医疗流程中影响服务质量和经济效益的关键因素的基础上 ,设计了新的流程 ,建立了新流程的模型 .通过灵敏度分析和蒙特卡罗模拟 ,确定了明显改善医院服务质量和经济效益的最佳方案 .由此 ,得出结论 ,和企业一样 ,服务行业通过实施 BPR也可以显著地改善绩效 ,增强组织的竞争能力 .
The application of ITHINK software as a tool to diagnose the key factors that affect the quality of service and the economic benefits in the current medical process is studied by using the philosophy, method and technology of business process reconstruction BPR in the reconstruction of medical procedure of emergency patients in hospital Based on this, a new process was designed and a new process model was set up, and the best solution to significantly improve hospital service quality and economic benefits was determined through sensitivity analysis and Monte Carlo simulation.
