本文论述无线电电子学的一个重要的发展方面——“信息与系统”科学。这里的“信息”不局限于经典信息论;这里的“系统”主要指通用系统理论。通用系统理论是一种抽象的概括,不受物理模型的约束;它既是近代网络、近代控制论和近代通讯理论的有用工具,也是日益发展中系统工程各种课题的共同基础。本文从“电路与系统”发展角度论述一些有关问题,如信息与系统的辩证关系,系统基本单元的数学基础,网络与系统的分野,以及系统理论在电路与系统中的应用性和重要性等。
This article addresses one important aspect of radio electronics - the “information and systems” science. The “information” here is not limited to classical information theory; the “system” here mainly refers to the general system theory. General system theory is an abstract generalization which is not restricted by physical models. It is not only a useful tool for modern network, modern cybernetics and modern communication theory, but also a common basis for various topics of systematic engineering in an increasingly developing world. This article discusses some related issues from the perspective of the development of “circuits and systems”, such as the dialectical relationship between information and systems, the mathematical basis of system basic units, the network and the system’s separation, and the application and importance of system theory in circuits and systems .
