新型双网络航标灯遥测遥控终端是基于目前江苏省航标管理系统和京杭运河苏北段智能航标管理需要而开发研制的航道动态信息数据智能处理与互换共享的多功能数据终端装置。该装置可控制航标灯同步闪光、变换闪光灯质、远程遥控操作“亮”、“灭”状态;可将采集的特定数据传输到各级航标管理内部网络、互联网或专网上,并实现各网络之间物理隔开。其各类数据通过中国移动、中国联通的GSM(全球移动通信系统)、GPRS(通用分组无线服务)等通讯网络,分别与航标管理用户的GSM航标遥测系统、GPRS航标遥测系统、手机、电话机进行数据交换;可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)自动控制航标灯充电电压、放电电压在安全范围,有故障可自动保护和报警。其在实际应用中,能够有效解决目前我国内河航道管理机构多系统信息不兼容、信息资源浪费、数据传输不畅、数据处理困难、系统使用效益不高等问题。
