随着对树脂粘接剂研究的逐步深入,相分离现象成为了近年的研究热点。现代粘接技术提出“湿粘接”以形成高质量混合层。牙本质表面干燥会导致胶原纤维网的皱缩,纤维内肽间会建立氢键结合从而减少脱矿区对树脂单体的渗透性,降低粘接效果。然而最近发现,“湿粘接”会使牙本质残存水量过高导致粘接剂发生树脂基质相分离现象,使树脂出现固化不全,同样导致粘接强度和粘接耐久性降低。因此,减少相分离对树脂的不良影响对于提高牙本质粘接效果有重要意义。本文就牙本质-树脂粘接界面相分离现象的研究进展作一综述。
With the gradual deepening of the study of resin adhesives, phase separation phenomenon has become a research hot spot in recent years. Modern bonding techniques propose “wet bonding” to form high quality hybrid layers. Dry dentin surface will lead to shrinkage of the collagen fiber network, the intra-peptide hydrogen bonds will be established in order to reduce the demineralization zone on the resin monomer permeability and reduce the bonding effect. However, it has recently been found that “wet bonding” can cause excessive dentin residual water to cause the resin matrix phase separation of the adhesive, causing the resin to be cured incompletely, resulting in a decrease in adhesive strength and adhesive durability as well. Therefore, reducing the adverse effect of phase separation on the resin is of great importance to improve the dentin bonding effect. This article reviews the research progress of phase separation of dentin-resin bonding interface.
