济南微堆退役工作要对微堆内的铍反射层、辐照管、上筒节和控制棒等带放射性物件进行拆除和解体,以及水池瓷砖等低放废物的拆除及去污。按照ALARA原则,对退役工作全过程进行了γ剂量率监测,保证工作人员受照剂量合理可行尽量低。方法是用固定的两个电离室探头对大厅不同位置处经行监测,同时用便携式γ剂量率仪对其他地方监测。表1列出了工作人员在退役过程中
