I often hear someone commenting on a lesson about someone who has a taste of language in this lesson. What is the taste of Chinese language? Aroused the author’s thinking. What is the Chinese language? Mr. Ye Shengtao said that “Chinese is spoken language and Chinese is written language.” The 2011 version of “Chinese Curriculum Standards” focuses on the use of spoken and written languages and coincides with Mr. Ye Shengtao’s point of view. As a result, we can say that language proficiency is the atmosphere permeated by the classroom where the oral and written expression of students is well improved. Language teachers should make Chinese lessons into Chinese courses, simply teach the language and use Chinese to teach Chinese. How to measure whether a class has a language taste?
