采用真空辅助模压方法制备了高强玻璃布(SW220)/聚酰亚胺(BMP350)复合材料,对该复合材料常温和高温条件下的热、力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,常温下SW220/BMP350复合材料具有较高的弯曲和拉伸强度,200℃下复合材料的强度保持率大于65%,平均热膨胀系数约为(6~8)×10-6K-1;DMA测试表明玻璃化转变温度值Tg=375℃。
High-strength glass cloth (SW220) / polyimide (BMP350) composites were prepared by vacuum-assisted molding. The thermal and mechanical properties of the composites were investigated at room temperature and high temperature. The results show that the SW220 / BMP350 composites have higher bending and tensile strength at room temperature. The strength retention of the composites at 200 ℃ is more than 65% and the average thermal expansion coefficient is about (6 ~ 8) × 10-6K-1. The DMA test showed a glass transition temperature Tg = 375 ° C.
