随着劳动法的广泛深入人心,民办高校劳动关系越来越复杂,矛盾越来越突显,本文针对民办高校在劳动合同、劳动报酬、社会保险和福利三个方面的劳动争议的三种表现形式,通过产生这些问题查找原因,并提出避免民办高校劳动争议问题及处理的对策。
