目的建立UPLC-MS-MS法测定蓝芩口服液中黄芩苷、绿原酸、汉黄芩素、黄芩素4种成分的含量。方法色谱柱为Phenomenex Luna C8(2.0 mm×50 mm,3μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%甲酸水溶液,采用梯度洗脱,体积流量为200μL/min。质谱采用电喷雾离子源,多反应监测方式进行正离子扫描。结果 4种成分在测定浓度范围内均具有良好的线性关系,加样回收率在92.12%~102.97%范围内。结论该方法专属性强、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于蓝芩口服液的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC-MS-MS method for the determination of four components of baicalin, chlorogenic acid, wogonin and baicalein in Lanqin Oral Liquid. Methods The chromatographic column was Phenomenex Luna C8 (2.0 mm × 50 mm, 3 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% formic acid aqueous solution with a gradient elution volume of 200 μL / min. Mass spectrometry electrospray ionization, multi-reaction monitoring positive ion scan mode. Results The four components all had good linearity in the range of determination concentration. The recoveries of the four components ranged from 92.12% to 102.97%. Conclusion The method is specific, sensitive, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Lanqin Oral Liquid.
