Objective To investigate the effect of treadmill exercise on vascular endothelial function in patients with Hypertension. Methods A total of 300 hypertensive patients with Hypertension who were treated in our hospital from January to December 2014 were selected as study objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into aerobic treadmill exercise group and conventional treatment group, with 150 cases in each group The routine treatment group was treated with routine therapy. The treadmill exercise group was treated with treadmill exercise on the basis of routine treatment. The levels of nitric oxide (NO), plasma endothelin 1 Levels and C-reactive protein (CRP) levels, and the results were compared. Results Before treatment, NO levels in the conventional treatment group and treadmill exercise group were (43.52 ± 11.32) μmol / L and (42.96 ± 12.01) μmol / L, respectively, and were 56.32 ± 15.38 μmol / L and (68.75 ± 23.21) μmol / L, respectively. The levels of NO in both groups were significantly increased after treatment, and the levels of NO in the treadmill exercise group were significantly higher than those in the conventional treatment group after treatment (P <0.05). Before treatment, the levels of endothelin-1 in the conventional treatment group and the treadmill exercise group were (90.12 ± 20.31) ng / L and (89.86 ± 19.52) ng / L, (73.15 ± 16.54) ng / L and (65.21 ± 12.36) ng / L respectively after treatment, the levels of plasma endothelin-1 in both groups before and after treatment were significantly lower than those in routine treadmill exercise group The level of endothelin-1 in the group of patients after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Before treatment, the levels of CRP in the routine treatment group and the treadmill exercise group were (6.01 ± 1.85 (5.42 ± 1.72) mg / L and (5.39 ± 2.01) mg / L, respectively. The CRP levels in both groups before and after treatment were not significantly reduced, Oxygen treadmill exercise CRP levels in patients treated with conventional therapy was no significant difference, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion Aerobic treadmill exercise can effectively raise the level of NO in patients with H-type hypertension and reduce the plasma endothelin-1 level in patients with hypertension, thus reducing the patient’s blood pressure and achieving the goal of controlling the disease.
