我厂采用敞口式钢锭模生产的沸腾钢,在轧制薄板时产生大量分层(夹杂)缺陷,例如高磷板钢(B_2FP)夹杂废品率竟达5~10%。从1964年6月起先后试验采用波纹形钢锭模、半镇静钢及瓶口式钢锭模机械封顶等新工艺生产高磷板钢代替一般沸腾钢,结果表明,瓶口式钢锭模机械封顶的效果最好,一年来的生产实践结果是:夹杂废品率大幅度下降,比敞口模
