20世纪的70年代左右一些发展中国家为了改变经济落后的现状,纷纷开始了利率市场化的改革实践,我们中国作为发展中国家的一员,当然也是在这一行列之中的,到了80年代以后,发达国家也步入了这一行列,在利率市场化逐渐兴盛的时期,一些国家从中获得了利益使得金融的效率的确如预期得到了提升,但也有一些国家经过这一改革经济受到了阻挠,出现了严重的经济危机,甚至使得一些国家的经济开始倒退,人们的生活非常艰难,由此可以看出利率市场是一把双刃剑,利用得当就可以带来利益,但是一旦失败也会带来经济上难以承受的风险,因此下文便简要对中的利率市场进行分析并对其;金融风险进行研究,希望可以对读者有一定的帮助。
