目的探究健康教育在儿童糖尿病护理中的应用效果。方法将92例儿童糖尿病患者作为本次研究的对象,所有患者均在2015年10月~2016年10月期间入院接受治疗,患儿的家长知情同意并自愿参加本次研究,采用随机数字表法分配患儿,设两组对比研究,分别为观察组和对照组,每组患儿各为46例,其中,对照组患者应用常规护理措施,在常规护理的基础上对观察组患儿加强健康教育,评价观察组、对照组的护理效果,评价指标包括血糖水平变化情况,患儿家长管理水平以及对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组患儿空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖水平与对照组均存在较大差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家长对护理工作的满意度比对照组高,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育在儿童糖尿病护理中的应用效果较理想,应用价值较高,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of health education in children with diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 92 children with diabetes were enrolled in this study. All patients were admitted to hospital from October 2015 to October 2016. The parents of children were informed and voluntarily participated in the study. Results The fasting blood glucose in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group at 2h postprandial, there was a significant difference (P <0.05). The satisfaction of parents in nursing group was higher than that of control group Statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Health education in children with diabetes care more effective application of the results, the higher the value, it is worth promoting the application.
