一、课题研究的背景1.21世纪是知识经济时代,新的世纪对人才有更新更高的要求,一个拥有持续创新能力和大量高素质人才资源的国家,才能具有参与国际竞争的实力。为此,世界各国都在积极加大教育改革力度,制定新的改革策略,探索新的教育方法。我国第三次全教会把实施以创新精神培养为重点的素质教育作为新世纪教育改革的主题。国际21世纪教育委员会的报告,《教育——财富蕴藏其中》指出“教育的任务是毫不例外地使用所有人的创造才能和创造潜力都能结出丰硕的果实”。因此开发学生创造潜能也是新世纪我国教育改革的主要任务,是面向21世纪教育改革和发展的必然选择。 I. The background of the topic research The 1.21st century is the era of the knowledge economy. The new century requires newer and higher requirements for talents. A country with continuous innovation capability and a large number of highly qualified human resources can have the strength to participate in international competition. To this end, all countries in the world are actively intensifying education reform, formulating new reform strategies, and exploring new methods of education. The third time in our country, the entire church has made the implementation of quality education focused on fostering innovative spirits as the theme of education reform in the new century. According to the report of the International 21st Century Education Committee, “Education - The Wealth of which is contained” points out that “the task of education is to use all people’s creative talents and creative potential without exception to bear fruit.” Therefore, the development of students to create potential is also the main task of our country’s education reform in the new century, and it is the inevitable choice facing education reform and development in the 21st century.
