随着混凝土在工程建设中的地位日渐重要,实践证明提升混凝土质量已经不容迟疑。本文,通过对相关研究文献资料的检索与分析并结合自身多年的工作经验,对混凝土质量提升的方法和途径进行了研究。研究主要针对混凝土的裂纹、坍落度损失和混凝土离析等主要质量问题进行了分析,并针对其产生原因提出了通过原材料质量控制、通过生产过程质量控制、通过现场监控质量控制、通过科学有效的养护和通过与国际接轨同步发展等五个解决的方法与途径。
With the increasing importance of concrete in engineering construction, it has been proved that increasing the quality of concrete can not be underestimated. This paper, through the retrieval and analysis of relevant research literature and combined with its own years of work experience, to study the methods and ways to improve the quality of concrete. The research mainly analyzes the main quality problems such as concrete crack, slump loss and concrete segregation. According to the causes of the problems, the paper analyzes the quality problems of the concrete through the quality control of raw materials, the quality control of production process, the quality control of on-site monitoring and the scientific and effective Conservation and adoption of international standards and simultaneous development of five solutions and ways.
