随着我国人口老龄化趋势的不断加速,老年人对于自我理疗保健等方面的需要越来越多。蜂王浆因其在抗衰老、增强体质、平衡代谢等方面具有神奇疗效,正逐渐被广大老年朋友所追捧。然而蜂王浆由于其本身怕高温的特性导致其在保存和运输方面面临很大的技术挑战。本文主要从蜂王浆的冷链物流运输入手,在对国内外冷链物流的现状分析的基础上,通过比较找到蜂王浆在保存运输过程中所遇到的问题。并对问题提出解决方法和建议,最终找到最适合蜂王浆的冷链运输方式。 As the population aging in our country continues to accelerate, more and more elderly people are in need of self-care and health care. This paper mainly starts with the cold chain logistics transportation of royal jelly. Based on the analysis of the status quo of cold chain logistics both at home and abroad, the problems encountered in the preservation and transportation of royal jelly are compared. And propose solutions to the problem and recommendations, and ultimately find the most suitable for cold chain royal jelly transport.
