0Cr16Ni22Mo2Ti奥氏体钢在闪光焊接过程中,材料经快速加热到熔融温度并强烈变形,焊接熔合区内形成纳米晶组织,熔合线处纳米晶的尺寸为 20 nm,随距熔合线距离的增大纳米晶尺寸增大,纳米晶层的厚度为50μm.此纳米晶形成的原因是半固态金属经强烈塑性变形使其中固相组织碎化及其引起的细化.
