目的探讨白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和IL-21对口腔癌患者机体免疫因子水平的影响。方法选取2012年1月至2014年6月口腔癌患者70例,抽取清晨空腹血,设对照组及试验组A:IL-2组,B:IL-21组,C:IL-2联合IL-21组,对照组不加细胞因子,经细胞培养后,应用流式细胞仪检测免疫因子IL-2+、IFN-γ+、CD4+/IL-2+、CD4+/IFN-γ+水平的变化。结果与对照组比较,A、B、C组各细胞因子水平在24 h后及48 h后均明显增高(P均<0.05)。A、B、C三组之间比较无统计学差异(P均>0.05)。A、B、C三组未发生淋巴结转移的及处于肿瘤较早期的患者免疫功能更容易被增强,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 IL-2及IL-21对口腔癌患者机体免疫功能的增强具有促进作用,二者联用并未发现明显的协同作用,且未发生淋巴结转移的及处于肿瘤较早期的患者免疫功能更容易被增强。
Objective To investigate the effects of interleukin-2 (IL-2) and IL-21 on immune factors in oral cancer patients. Methods Seventy patients with oral cancer from January 2012 to June 2014 were enrolled in this study. Fasting blood samples were collected from morning to morning. The rats in control group and experimental group were divided into two groups: A: IL-2 group, B: IL-21 group, C: IL- Twenty-one rats in the control group were given no cytokines. After the cells were cultured, the levels of IL-2 +, IFN-γ +, CD4 + / IL-2 + and CD4 + / IFN- γ were measured by flow cytometry. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of cytokines in groups A, B and C increased significantly after 24 h and 48 h (all P <0.05). There was no significant difference between A, B and C groups (P> 0.05). The immune function of patients in group A, B and C without lymph node metastasis and in the early stage of tumor was more easily enhanced (P <0.05). Conclusions IL-2 and IL-21 have a positive effect on the enhancement of immune function in patients with oral cancer. The synergistic effects of IL-2 and IL-21 have not been found, and the immune function of patients without lymph node metastasis and early tumor is easier Be enhanced.
