我国社会不断发展进步,城市化建设的深入,人口大量涌入城市,对于房屋建筑需求量也在持续升高。在该社会形势下,我国房建工程建设得到了长足的发展,并带动了其他迅速扩张,给经济建设起到了较大的促进作用,其施工技术得到了较大提升,各项施工工艺也得逐步趋于成熟。但是由于某些因素的影响,在进行房屋建筑工程施工质量管理方面也存在一些问题,直接影响到建筑物的质量及施工单位的信誉,应引起管理人员的重视。本文简单分析了其中存在的问题,包括设计不合理、管理制度有缺陷、监管力度不足等,并针对上述问题提出了几点意见,包括完善管理制度、优化质保体系、做好现象管理、提升施工人员综合素质等,为从事房屋建筑施工质量管理的人员提供一定的参考与借鉴。
