对木立芦荟、中国芦荟和木锉芦荟的叶片、叶鞘、带腋芽的茎段为外植体进行组织培养。结果表明:木锉芦荟的叶片、叶鞘和茎段可以诱导形成愈伤组织,建立再生系统;三种芦荟均可以在特定的培养基中诱导形成腋芽,繁殖系数最高可达11。愈伤组织诱导和分化的最佳培养基为MS+KT2mg/L+IBA2mg/L,腋芽萌发的最佳培养基为:MS+ZT0.6mg/L+IBA1mg/L。生根培养基为1/2MS+KT3mg/L+IBA1.5mg/L。
Aloe arborescens, Aloe vera and wood filet aloe leaves, leaf sheaths, axillary buds with stem segments as explants for tissue culture. The results showed that leaf, sheath and stem of Aloe can induce the formation of callus and establish regenerative system. Three kinds of aloe can induce axillary bud formation in specific culture medium with the highest reproductive coefficient of 11. The best culture medium for callus induction and differentiation was MS + KT2mg / L + IBA2mg / L. The best medium for axillary bud germination was MS + ZT0.6mg / L + IBA1mg / L. Rooting medium for 1 / 2MS + KT3mg / L + IBA1.5mg / L.
