本实验代表性地选择了小鼠耳肿试验及腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能测定两项指标,观察比较三种不同提取工艺的金叶败毒颗粒(JY)对它们的影响,结果提示:三种不同提取工艺的JY均能显著抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿程度,不同程度地提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,与蒸馏水对照组之间有显著性或极显著性差异(P<0.05或 P<0.01),其中以JYA(金银花、大青叶、蒲公英水煎醇沉液+鱼腥草挥发油)提高的幅度较大,提示该工艺为较理想的工艺。
In this experiment, two indicators of mouse ear swelling test and peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis were selected representatively. Observe and compare the effect of three different extraction techniques on the jinyue dubai particles (JY). The results suggest that: The JY of different extraction process can significantly inhibit the degree of ear swelling caused by xylene in mice, and increase the phagocytosis of mouse peritoneal macrophages to varying degrees. There was significant or extremely significant difference between distilled water control group and JY (P< 0.05 or P <0.01), of which JYA (honeysuckle, Daqingye, dandelion decoction alcohol solution + Houttuynia volatile oil) a greater extent, suggesting that the process is an ideal process.
