将10名因意外事故接触氯气的患者心电图和心肌酶检查结果与其职业健康体检结果进行比对及综合分析,发现10名患者接触氯气前职业健康检查结果显示心电图和心肌酶均正常,在接触氯气后,9名患者出现不同程度的心电图和心肌酶改变。说明氯气在未造成呼吸系统损伤时,即可直接引起心肌一过性损害,建议密切观察氯气接触者的心电图及心肌酶改变,早期给予保护心肌的药物,预防心肌损害的发生。
