香菇杂菌主要有细菌、酵母菌和丝状真菌,是由于高温高湿、培养料发酵变质、pH值调节不当引起的.杂菌孢子通常在24h内萌发,10d内完成整个生活史.链孢霉是最易污染的杂菌之一,生长极快,传播力很强,若管理不当,5d左右整个菌室一片桔黄,造成毁灭性的损失.经过几年实践,我们总结出了杂菌综合防治几项措施,现介绍如下:(一)栽培季节的安排 香菇属低温型变温结实性真菌,栽培要根据香菇菌丝的最适生长温度(23℃~28℃)和子实体生长发育的最适温度(15℃左右)来安排.
