结构完整、功能良好的血管内皮是血管壁的天然屏障,保护着血管不受外界因素的干扰和破坏。血管内皮功能异常是动脉粥样硬化启动的关键因素,早期发现并干预血管内皮功能的异常是预防心血管病的发生和发展的关键。评价血管内皮功能的方法中具有无创、重复性好、操作简单等特点的肱动脉血流介导的血管扩张功能是目前应用最广泛的方法,研究证实血流介导的血管扩张功能是心血管疾病的独立危险因素,它与冠状动脉的狭窄、心肌梗死患者心脏事件的发生等有着密切关系。血流介导的血管扩张功能的测量还受到多个因素的影响,比如室温、测量时间、季节、是否运动后和操作者水平等,所以标准化的血流介导的血管扩张功能的测量才能使血流介导的血管扩张功能重复性更好、更具说服力。我们也期待着更多的有关血流介导的血管扩张功能研究结果的出现。“,”Good structure and complete function of the vascular endothelial is the nature protective screen of the vascular wall,and it can keep vascular from damage of the external factors.Vascular endothelial dysfunction is the key factor of the atherosclerosis,and early de-tection and intervention is very important to prevent the development of cardiovascular disease.As the most widely used process to evaluate the function of endothelial at present,flow mediated dilation( FMD) has many advantages,including noninvasiveness,good repeatability andeasy operation.Studies confirm that FMD is an independent risk factor of cardiovascular diseases and is closely related to development of cor-onary stenosis and prognosis of patients with mycardial infarction.FMD is also influenced by multiple factors,such as indoor temperature, measuring time,season time,whether it is after exercise and the level of operator, et al.So standardization of FMD measurement is better re-peatability and more convincing,and we wondering more research findings about FMD to appear.
