目的探讨橙皮苷对中波紫外线(UVB)诱导的小鼠表皮细胞光产物的清除作用。方法将50只小鼠随机分为对照组(A组,5只)、橙皮苷1 mg/cm2组(B组,5只)、UVB 180 mJ/cm2组(C组,20只)和橙皮苷1 mg/cm2+UVB 180 mJ/cm2组(D组,20只)。采用免疫组化法及斑点免疫印迹法分别检测UVB辐射后0、24、48和72 h小鼠表皮内环丁烷嘧啶二聚体(CPDs)的产生和清除情况。结果 A组和B组小鼠表皮无明显CPDs表达;而辐射后24 h和48 h,D组CPDs表达明显低于C组(P<0.05)。结论橙皮苷能加速UVB辐射后光产物的清除,是一种有效的紫外线防护剂。
Objective To investigate the scavenging effect of hesperidin on photoprotection of mouse epidermal cells induced by UVB. Methods Fifty mice were randomly divided into control group (group A, n = 5), hesperidin 1 mg / cm2 (group B, n = 5), UVB 180 mJ / cm2 Pioglitazone 1 mg / cm2 + UVB 180 mJ / cm2 group (D group, 20). Immunohistochemistry and dot immunoblotting were used to detect the production and clearance of cyclobutane pyrimidine dimers (CPDs) in the epidermis of mice at 0, 24, 48 and 72 h after UVB irradiation respectively. Results There was no significant expression of CPDs in the skin of group A and group B, while the expression of CPDs in group D was significantly lower than that in group C at 24 h and 48 h after irradiation (P <0.05). Conclusion Hesperidin can accelerate the removal of light products after UVB radiation, which is an effective UV protection agent.
