结肠癌在我国的发病率与国外发达国家相比较低。但近年由于饮食结构变化,发病有增加趋势,在消化道肿瘤中仅次于胃癌。RNAi是由双链RNA(double-stranded RNA,dsRNA)介导,非编码特异性降解相应序列的小mRNA与封闭性核酸酶调控复合物结合,再与互补目标mRNA配对,阻止相应mRNA表达,从而产生特异的基因沉默。随着RNAi技术的出现和飞速发展,其被应用与结肠癌的发生发展的相关研究和治疗等方面的研究报道逐渐增多,为结肠癌的深入研究提供了新的思路。本文结合文献资料综述对相关研究进展作一综述。
The incidence of colon cancer in our country is lower than that in other developed countries. With the advent and rapid development of RNAi technology, there is a growing number of reports on the related research and treatment of colon cancer and its application, which provides a new idea for the further study of colon cancer. This article reviews the literature review summarizing the research progress.
