团队建设是现代企业管理的核心内容,是提高企业管理效率的重要手段。本文以团队建设理论为基础,从团队建设、人性假设和高效团队特征等方面进行分析;以青田县烟草分公司(下称青田烟草)为例,对基层烟草团队建设机理进行系统研究;分析青田烟草团队建设的存在问题,提出烟草团队建设的基本途径,如团队管理体制、推进企业文化、人事分配制度改革、精心组织培训、加大创新力度等,最后总结烟草团队建设的相关经验。
Team building is the core content of modern business management and an important means to improve the efficiency of business management. Based on the theory of team building, this article analyzes the characteristics of team building, human nature hypothesis and efficient team. Taking Qingtian County Tobacco Branch (hereinafter referred to as Qingtian Tobacco) as an example, this paper systematically studies the grass-roots tobacco team construction mechanism. Tobacco team building problems, put forward the tobacco team building basic ways, such as team management system, promote corporate culture, personnel distribution system reform, meticulous organization and training, increase innovation efforts, and finally sum up tobacco team building experience.
