研究了酒石酸、硬脂酸和熔融硬脂酸对塑解剂DBD作再生活化剂时再生胶性能的影响。结果表明,随着酒石酸、硬脂酸和熔融硬脂酸用量的增加,再生胶的溶胶含量呈增大趋势,交联密度逐渐降低,门尼粘度和门尼粘度上升值降低,拉伸强度先增大后下降,酒石酸和硬脂酸用量为0.6份时,综合性能较优;熔融硬脂酸用量为0.9份时,综合性能较优。随着再生时间的延长,再生胶的溶胶含量呈明显上升趋势,交联密度和门尼粘度明显下降;拉伸强度和拉断伸长率随再生时间的延长呈下降趋势。熔融硬脂酸再生时间为20min时,门尼粘度较低,加工性能较好,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率下降较少,硬度较低,综合性能较好。
The effect of tartaric acid, stearic acid and molten stearic acid on the reclaimed rubber properties of DBD as regenerant activator was studied. When the regeneration time of molten stearic acid is 20min, the Mooney viscosity is lower, the processing performance is better, the decrease of tensile strength and elongation at break is less, the hardness is lower and the comprehensive performance is better.
