1993年3月～1993年5月我们对福建省3个城镇的部分地区1587名女青少年的青春发育情况进行调查。调查对象是在省城、县级市、小镇各选1所小学和1所初中,在校全部女生,年龄为7～16岁,共计1587人。调查项目;年龄(计算实足年龄)、身高、体重、乳房发育及阴毛生长分级。由妇产科医生询问月经史和体检,且按Tanner分期标准由专人分期,最后将调查数据输入电子计算机处理。女青少年青春发育各阶段年龄分布情况:身高猛增期平均为11岁。乳房Ⅰ级发育期平均年龄10.10岁,Ⅱ级发育期平均年龄12.01岁,Ⅳ级发育期平均年龄13.57岁,V级发育期平均年龄14.36岁。月经初潮平均年龄12.59岁。阴毛Ⅱ级发育期平均年龄12.54岁,Ⅲ级发育期平均年龄13.41岁,Ⅳ级发育期平均年龄14.09岁,V级发育期平均年龄14.49岁。
From March 1993 to May 1993, we investigated the adolescent development of 1587 female adolescents in some areas of Fujian Province. The survey targets 1 primary school and 1 junior high school in the provincial capital, county-level cities and towns, and all the girls in school, aged 7-16, a total of 1587 people. Survey items; age (calculated full age), height, weight, breast development and pubic hair growth classification. Obstetrics and gynecologists asked by the menstrual history and physical examination, and by Tanner staging by staging, and finally the survey data input to the computer. Age distribution of female adolescent youth at various stages of development: the height of the surge period averaged 11 years. The average age of breast Ⅰ stage of development is 10.10 years old, the average age of Ⅱ stage is 12.01 years, the average age of Ⅳ stage is 13.57 years, and the average age of V stage is 14.36 years. The average age of menarche is 12.59 years old. The average age of pubic hair Ⅱ stage of development was 12.54 years, the average age of stage Ⅲ was 13.41 years, the average age of stage Ⅳ was 14.09 years, and the average age of stage V was 14.49 years.
