从磷酸盐矿浆的阴离子捕收剂调浆过程中药剂及颗粒的搅拦特性方面评价了弗罗里达磷酸盐矿石的浮选性能。对影响搅拌过程的各种调浆变量即固体含量、搅拉速度及调浆时间等作了考查,以确定这些变量对药剂在矿物颗粒上罩盖的影响。用磷酸盐回收率来考查调浆的效率。通过搅拌功耗(P)使矿浆保持悬浮状态所需的最小功耗(P_m)之比值来评价磷酸盐给矿的搅拌特性。研究表明,搅拌条件支配了为获得高回收率所需的调浆时间。在较低的P/P_m比条件下,药剂的反应作用较慢,在较高的P/P_m比条件下,浮选的回收率最佳,而且表明搅拌速度没有明显的影响。在矿浆固体浓度为74%、搅拌速度为450r/min时搅拌的条件最佳。在这最佳的搅拌条件下,为提高某一回收率所需的捕收剂用量较低,而且调浆时间也较短。
The flotation performance of Florida phosphate ore was evaluated in terms of the agitation properties of the agent and particles during the slurrying of anionic collectors of phosphate slurries. Various mixing variables that affect the mixing process, ie, solids content, stirring speed and mixing time were examined to determine the effect of these variables on the cover of the mineral particles.
