主持人的话:近年来,银行代销保险业务发展迅速,但同时发展方式较为粗放,业务结构不合理,存在着销售误导、违规经营、退保金额逐步增多等问题,保险侵权的案例经常见诸报端。2014年4月1日,中国保监会、中国银监会联合发布《关于进一步规范商业银行代理保险公司销售行为的通知》(下称《通知》),从调整业务结构、限制银保合作机构数量、严格特定投保人条件等方面对银保渠道业务进行了规范,从多角度保护保险消费者权益。在银保新规实施两个月之际,本栏目特别策划了“银保新规带来的改变”专题,邀请泰康人寿保险股份有限公司银保企划部总经理方军、中信银行金融同业部客户管理部总经理助理徐佩、中国人民大学财政金融学院保险系主任魏丽,对新规公布后商业银行和保险公司营销行为的变化、对银保渠道的影响、保险公司销售渠道的改变以及未来保险市场发展等问题进行探讨。
