胎儿先天性心脏畸形是胎儿畸形中常见的一种,严重影响胎儿的生长发育及预后,随着超声心动图及计算机技术的发展,其临床应用方面取得了很大进展。超声心动图可较清晰显示心脏房室、房室间隔、房室瓣、大血管等结构及其活动情况,对严重畸形的先天性心脏病的诊断有较大的帮助。①胎儿超声心动图检查是提示胎儿心脏畸形的重要手段。②应用组织多普勒成像技术(TDI)、组织速度成像技术(TVI)、谐波成像技术(HI)、三维超声时间-空间相关成像技术(STIC)等新技术,系统地分段诊断是提高诊断准确性的关键。胎儿超声心动图可以为临床进一步开展工作提供必要的诊断依据。
