课程具有意识形态的特性,它实质上是一种官方知识或法定知识,是各社会阶层斗争、妥协的产物。作为课程知识选择之价值“滤网”的课程知识观同样具有意识形态性,它的变革与演进往往体现其所处社会之阶层结构的变迁。当前,由于我国社会阶层结构正在进行着剧烈地分化与重组,因此与之相联系的则是在基础教育课程改革中各课程知识观间话语权的变更:即代表精英阶层利益的要素主义课程知识观受到了一定的削弱,但未被彻底否定;而代表中产阶层、市民阶层以及社会新贵阶层利益的结构主义、进步主义、百科全书主义等课程知识观在改革中的影响则大大增强,进而形成了多种课程知识观共同影响我国课程改革的格局。
