食品安全国家标准问题一直备受社会关注。“标准”往往成为食品安全事件中各方关注的焦点。昨天,卫生部面向全社会公开征集2013年度食品安全国家标准立项建议。科研机构、教育机构、学术团体或行业协会可就尚待建立“国标”的食品安全领域单独或联合提出立项建议。根据公告,立项建议应当有食品安全风险监测和评估结果为科学依据。同时符合我国国情和食品产业发展实际以及行业现实和监管实际需要。建议立项的重点领域包括食品容器、包装材料等食品相关产品基础标准、食品产品安全标准、食品添加剂产品标准等。社会相关机构可建议这些领域立项建立“国标”。根据公告,提交立项建议的应当是科研机构、教育机构、学术团体或行业协会,并且鼓励相
National standards of food safety has always been the subject of social attention. “Standard ” often becomes the focus of attention of all parties in the food safety incident. Yesterday, the Ministry of Health openly solicited the proposals of the 2013 national standards for food safety for the whole society. Scientific research institutes, educational institutions, academic groups or industry associations may put forward proposals individually or jointly on the food safety field yet to be established. According to the announcement, the project proposals should have the results of food safety risk monitoring and assessment as the scientific basis. At the same time in line with China’s national conditions and the actual development of the food industry as well as industry reality and regulatory actual needs. The proposed key areas include the food-based containers, packaging materials and other food-related products, basic standards, food safety standards, food additives product standards. Relevant agencies may propose to set up “national standard” in these fields.
