目的观察血清总IgE、诱导痰细胞学分类在支气管哮喘治疗前后的变化,探讨其应用价值。方法患者入院次日及第8天超声雾化高渗盐水诱导咳痰,痰液处理后进行炎性细胞分类,依据初次诱导痰细胞学分类结果对患者分组,并抽血测定各组血清总IgE浓度。结果嗜酸性粒细胞性哮喘组与混合细胞性哮喘组血清总IgE浓度治疗后明显下降;各组诱导痰细胞学构成治疗前后均有明显变化。结论血清总IgE、诱导痰细胞学分类检测是评价哮喘病情及指导治疗的简单有效的方法。
Objective To observe the changes of serum total IgE and induced sputum cytology classification before and after bronchial asthma treatment and to explore its application value. Methods The patients were treated with ultrasonic nebulized hypertonic saline to induce sputum production on the next day and on the 8th day after admission. Inflammatory cells were sorted by sputum after treatment. The patients were divided into groups according to the results of primary induced sputum cytology. Blood samples were collected for determination of total serum IgE concentration. Results Serum IgE levels of eosinophilic asthma group and mixed cell asthma group were significantly decreased after treatment. The cytological composition of induced sputum in each group changed significantly before and after treatment. Conclusion Serum total IgE, induced sputum cytology classification test is to evaluate the condition of asthma and guide the treatment of simple and effective method.
