对带有调节装置的复摆颚式破碎机运动机构的优化设计进行了研究。为了精确满足破碎机排料口的最大尺寸,将调节装置的水平调节距离xT定为非独立参数,推导出了该机构动颚板上下端点的运动轨迹曲线方程和动颚板与固定颚板之间的啮角公式;根据破碎机动颚特性值、破碎机的产量、进料口和排料口的尺寸等,建立了带调节装置的复摆颚式破碎机运动机构优化设计数学模型。用C++语言和半惩罚函数优化方法,编写了带调节装置的复摆颚式破碎机运动机构优化设计程序,以PEF400×600复摆颚式破碎机运动机构为例进行优化设计,优化结果令人满意。
The optimal design of the moving mechanism of compound pendulum jaw crusher with adjusting device was studied.
