目的探索在“互联网+医疗”时代,做好医院随访管理工作,构建和谐的医患关系,提高患者的真诚度。方法对传统的随访模式和“互联网+医疗”随访进行分析对比。结果 2014年以电话随访为主的有效随访率为89.2%,2015年以医生个人网站为主的有效随访率为96.2%。“互联网+医疗”随访模式较传统的随访模式更容易被患者及患者家属接受,且满意度高。结论在“互联网+”时代,医院管理者要顺应时代发展,用互联网思维模式对医院的随访工作进行改革,拉进医院、医师、患者之间的距离,改善医患关系,提高患者的真诚度。
Objective To explore the “Internet + medical” era, do a good job in the hospital follow-up management, build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients and improve the patient’s sincerity. Methods The traditional follow-up model and “Internet + medical” follow-up analysis and comparison. Results The effective follow-up rate of telephone follow-up in 2014 was 89.2%. In 2015, the effective follow-up rate was 96.2% mainly based on doctors’ personal websites. “Internet + medical ” follow-up mode than the traditional follow-up mode is more easily accepted by patients and their families, and high satisfaction.
