曳引能力的设计计算是电梯设计的重要环节。GB 7588—2003《电梯制造与安装安全规范》(以下简称GB 7588—2003)中,附录M对此提出了设计推荐方法。附录M的推荐方法虽然不是唯一的安全设计方法,但是作为安全标准中曳引能力的设计计算经典范例,具有重要的指导意义。本文将就附录M中有关曳引轮槽槽形设计的计算方法,进行一些分析探讨,以求推进电梯曳引能力设计的改进。
The design of traction capacity calculation is an important part of the elevator design. GB 7588-2003 “Elevator Manufacturing and Installation Safety Code” (hereinafter referred to as GB 7588-2003), Appendix M of this proposed design recommended method. Although the recommended method of appendix M is not the only safety design method, it has important guiding significance as a classic example of design calculation of traction capacity in safety standards. This article will appendix M on the traction wheel groove design of the calculation method to conduct some analysis and discussion, in order to promote the design of elevator traction capacity improvement.
