将炭纤维细粉注入家兔左侧大脑颞叶皮质内 ,动态观察脑组织病理学及脑电图 (EEG)改变。结果表明 ;注入后 1周~ 1 0 4周 ,未见实验组家兔有与炭纤维植入有关的明显的神经病学改变 ;注入后 1周~ 2周 ,实验组(EG)与对照组 (CG)的组织病理学和 EEG检查均显示轻度异常改变 ,二组间无明显差异 ;注入后 4周 ,EG与 CG的组织病理学检查未见明显的损伤性改变 ,但 EEG检查仍可见较多慢波 (θ波 ) ,注入 8周后 ,EG与 CG的 EEG恢复正常。结论 :将炭纤维细粉注入家兔左侧大脑颞叶皮质后 ,表现出较好的组织相容性。
The carbon fiber powder was infused into the left temporal cortex of the rabbit’s temporal lobe and the dynamic changes of brain pathology and electroencephalogram (EEG) were observed. The results showed that there was no significant neurological changes in the experimental group from 1 week to 104 weeks after implantation, which were related to the carbon fiber implantation. After 1 week to 2 weeks after injection, the experimental group (EG) and the control group CG) histopathology and EEG showed mild abnormal changes, no significant difference between the two groups; 4 weeks after injection, EG and CG histopathological examination showed no significant damage to change, but still visible EEG examination More slow wave (θ wave), injected into the 8 weeks, EG and CG EEG returned to normal. Conclusion: The carbon fiber fine powder injected into the left temporal lobe of the rabbit cerebral cortex showed better tissue compatibility.
