本文对全国53所普通高校体育场馆的管理模式进行了调查,归纳为4种管理模式,并分析其各自的优缺点,认为非体育教师责任管理模式相对较好。提出高校体育在有偿服务中,必须始终坚持“育人”为本的服务宗旨,体育教师不直直接从事经营性管理;高校体育场馆的管理应向更高层次发展,把体育咨询、运动处方、体育健康、体育保健康复、人体测量与评价等服务项目结合起来,建立综合性管理模式。
This paper investigates the management models of stadiums and gymnasiums in 53 colleges and universities in our country and summarizes them into four kinds of management modes and analyzes their respective advantages and disadvantages. It considers that the non-physical education teacher’s responsibility management mode is relatively good. It is suggested that college PE should always adhere to the service tenet of “educating people” and physical education teachers should not directly engage in managerial operation. The management of college sports venues should be developed to a higher level, and the sports counseling, exercise prescription, Sports health, sports health rehabilitation, anthropometric measurement and evaluation services and other projects together to establish a comprehensive management model.
