通过荧光、紫外方法研究头孢哌酮钠和沃氟沙星两种药物与白蛋白的作用,对荧光加强和猝灭理论公式的等价性进行了检验,结果表明两种理论公式在求取解离常数上是等效的;得出了两种药物与牛血清白蛋白作用的解离常数、能量转移效率、给体-受体作用距离和猝灭常数,还特别指出:猝灭终止时猝灭剂(药物)的最大摩尔浓度与荧光体(白蛋白)的摩尔浓度之比[Mt]/[Pt]是个值得重视的参量,因为它是猝灭剂分子对一个荧光体分子的最大结合数,向荧光体溶液再添加超过这个量值的猝灭剂将不再具有猝灭功能.
Fluorescence and UV methods were used to study the interaction between cefoperazone sodium and warfarin sodium and albumin.
