国产第一辆大气监测车ST01型气相色谱仪测总烃时需要用空气作载气,由于空气中含有极微量的有机气体会影响分析结果,因此在空气进入色谱仪之前,必须加以净化。 本文介绍空气去烃催化剂的研制和催化效能。实践证明,Pd—6201是一种高效的空气去烃催化剂。经过大气监测车连续运转试验的结果,说明本催化剂最宜反应条件为:空速不大于15,000小时~(π1),反应温度在300~330℃,即能将空气中极微量的有机气体净化到足以满足STOI型色谱仪的要求。这种催化剂也可用于一股色谱仪或其它分析仪器所用的空气去烃净化。
