采用钼锑抗比色法和高效液相色谱法,测定了1株优良根瘤菌(Sinorhizobium meliloti gs1)和2株溶磷菌(Pseudomonas fluorescens gs91和Bacillus sp.gs5)单独培养及混合后的溶磷量和IAA分泌量变化及菌剂对苜蓿苗期生长的影响。结果表明:混合菌株的溶磷及分泌IAA能力均有提高,其中菌株组合gs91+gs5+gs1的溶磷和分泌IAA能力分别达248.27mg/L和24.63μg/mL;混合菌剂的促生效果优于单一菌剂,以gs91+gs5+gs1组合效果最好,苜蓿的株高、根长、结瘤数、地上生物量、地下生物量、粗蛋白质含量及含磷量等分别较对照增加了67.05%、37.62%、130.38%、86.44%、122.31%、36.02%和40.81%。
The molybdenum-antimony colorimetric method and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were used to determine the solubilities of one strain of Rhizobium meliloti gs1 and two strains of Pomonas fluorescens gs91 and Bacillus sp. Ggs91 Changes of IAA secretion and inoculation capacity of Medicago sativa seedling growth. The results showed that both the ability of phosphate solubilization and IAA secretion of mixed strains were improved. The capability of dissolving phosphorus and IAA of gs91 + gs5 + gs1 was 248.27 mg / L and 24.63 μg / mL, respectively. The results showed that the combination of gs91 + gs5 + gs1 was the best, the plant height, root length, nodulation number, aboveground biomass, underground biomass, crude protein content and phosphorus content of alfalfa were increased 67.05%, 37.62%, 130.38%, 86.44%, 122.31%, 36.02% and 40.81% respectively.
