注射机在操作过程中,为了确保人身安全,设置了安全门。当安全门打开时,移动模板即行开启或停止运动,此时电器、液压、机械三种机构处于保护状态。要进行合模动作,必须将安全门关闭,此后保护机构才恢复工作状态。通常装液压保护机构,都在合模电磁阀和液动阀中间增设一块过渡阀板(如附图(b))。阀板上要进行刨、钻、磨等项金属切削加工,而且阀板上钻孔的位置要与电液阀阀体上孔的位置相配合,若有差错还会影响正常的动作程序。所以这种方法比较麻烦。
