猴头菌(Hericium erimaceus),在热带北缘的海南岛,11—3月宜于引种。本文设计了不同菌料配比瓶栽,取样分析、测定菌体营养成份,并与几种食用菌体对比。实验结果表明:不同菌料配比与子实体品质、产量关系密切,产值差异显著:棉子壳>木屑>蔗渣>稻草,生物效率分别高出20％、12％、8％。在氨基酸总含量中,棉子壳栽的菌体均比野生、木屑的高;蛋白质、脂肪、K~+、Na~+和 VitB_1等含量也比平菇、银耳、草菇高,惟有糖类稍偏低些。 Hericium erimaceus, introduced on Hainan Island in the northern margin of the tropics, from November to March. In this paper, the design of different strains of material ratio bottle plant, sampling analysis, determination of microbial nutrients, and compared with several edible fungi. The results showed that the ratio of different fungi was closely related to the quality and yield of fruiting body, and the difference was significant. The results showed that cotton seed hulls> sawdust> bagasse> straw were 20%, 12% and 8% higher than those of straw. The total content of amino acids in cotton seedlings were higher than that in wild and sawdust. The content of protein, fat, K ~ +, Na ~ + and VitB_1 were also higher than those in Pleurotus ostreatus, Tremella Slightly lower.
