食品召回制度,作为食品安全的最后一道防线在整个监管体系中起着重要的作用。美国被视为食品安全监管的典范,其食品召回制度建立时间早,制度相对完善,值得我国学习与借鉴。本文在对食品召回制度进行深入研究的基础上,对比美国相关制度建设,认为我国食品召回制度中召回对象应明确定义为不安全食品,同时分析我国食品产业,明确监管部门工作中的重点和难点,同时建议通过完善相关配套制度,促进食品召回制度更好地发挥作用。
The food recall system, the last line of defense for food safety, plays an important role throughout the regulatory system. The United States is regarded as a model for food safety regulation. Its food recall system was established early and its system is relatively perfect. It is worth our country’s learning and reference. On the basis of an in-depth study of the food recall system, this article compares the relevant system construction in the United States, and concludes that the object of recall in China’s food recall system should be clearly defined as unsafe food. At the same time, it analyzes the key and difficult points in the food industry in our country. At the same time, it is suggested that the system of food recall should be better played through the improvement of relevant supporting systems.
