Since 1994, the market price has remained high, and retail prices have exceeded 20% for the whole year. This is the highest price rise since the founding of the People’s Republic of China. Excessive price increases have seriously affected the normal operation of the national economy. Therefore, the problems and tasks faced by macroeconomic regulation and control in 1995 will be very complicated and very arduous.
