企业要做大做强可持续发展,必须依靠核心竞争力——管理。管理是一个平台,是个纵横交错的网络。在横向上需要切分主营业务流程,通过流程价值节点,将整体业务划分为模块。在纵向上,依据横向划分的模块进行文化—制度—流程—规范和检查单的从宏观到微观的层次化建设。为了说明管理体系的系统规划,本文以干部管理这种特殊的人力资源管理为例进行了演示。
